The apartment is placed in a typical house in a side road of the Main Street of the village, which means very central but very little traffic. At the corner of the block is a little cafe where the locals meet in the morning and chat. In the same street is a big play ground, so the location is also perfect for children. The apartment is equipped like a hotel room, so what you would expect in a hotel you will find there as well: no need to bring towels, shampoo, slippers,... also in the kitchen: everything is there - all I brought along was a loaf of bread and some butter and I had all I needed for breakfast for the whole week! I liked everything about this pansion. I was traveling on a bike tour from Zagreb and I was half an hour late, lady at the reception stayed late to wait for me and check me in, thanks for that. Rooms are great and garden behind is very welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was great👌

Check-in was very smooth. All the formalities were already done, and we just had to sign, and that's it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Minibar was stacked with enough drinks and snacks for everyone. The Märchenwald right behind the hotel was a Hit with the kids. The breakfast buffet set-up was no less than a 5-star hotel. All in all, we loved our stay at Hotel Schwatz.
