Great staff all around - we were in contact with three different receptionists, and all were just awesome. On the checkout day, we were offered an opportunity to have breakfast cooked for us earlier than usual because we were leaving before the breakfast opens. I've never experienced it anywhere else. Location is great - right at the city square where all fine dining is. The rooms are relatively basic (it is a historical building), but they are clean, serviced daily, and fresh water delivered every day, so you feel comfy and cozy. Breakfast included, and it is a nice breakfast - with fresh crepes, pies and pastry in addition to standard items. Very nice stay, will come back again.

It is fabulous and spacious apartment in the middle of Hradec Kralove city centre, nicely decorated and there is everything you need. I stayed one day, but would have loved to stay longer.

Spacious and clean apartment. Good washroom facility. A little care while showering to not use the shower on full blast is required, otherwise there was absolutely no issue and the dryness of the washroom could be well maintained. A lot of rag cloths were provided. Crockery and utensils were adequate for 3 or 4 people. Kitchen condiments like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, seasonings were provided. Dishwasher was available. Good refrigerator. Streaming channels, Good and spacious sofa. Lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. Bed was comft for 2. 2 separate comforters in the bedroom and enough cabinet space for 3. Sufficient and good quality toiletries. Billa Supermarket just a few metres away Bus stop and regular buses to old town were available. Tesco and Futurum mall were a 10 minute walk away.
