Very good location and smooth phone communication. The owner even left us some fruit as a welcome gift. The place is clean, tidy, and very peaceful. The beach is very close, and the view is wonderful.

Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. I loved my holiday in Sofia Kalives! ❤️ I was travelling alone. They made me feel at home and safe all the time! All my questions were answered very friendly. Room service is great, they clean rooms every day. Even my dishes! My room stayed cool, altho I didn't have air conditioner on! View is beautiful! Sea on the other side and mountains the other. It is nice to sit at the terrace and enjoy the view and the local delicacies. Thank You Sofia for giving me the rest that I needed! Hope to come back soon! ❤️

The house in general, well furnished and super clean. The garden is a great plus and it really amazed us. We picked fresh oranges every morning from the tree and our host left in the house for us a bowl of figs. A lot of peace around, you only listen to the sound of nature. A very good stay and we will choose Liza's place again in the future if needed to stay in the area.

The hosts were extremely welcoming, from recommendations for restaurant and beaches nearby to having a beer and talking about the property at night. Everything is basically brand new and sorted out perfectly. The balcony offers an amazing view of the bay and sunbeds to relax. The room was modern and had everything you needed. The breakfast is also very much recommended, everything you could want with a great view. A real hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Crete
