We got a delicious home-made breakfast with only regional products. The accomodation largely exceed our expectations as it was located on a high hill with a very beautiful panoramic 360° view. There was a lot of nature. We could hear the birds in the morning and even saw some deers in the distance.

Manuella is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a bottle of beer each, sitting in the shade in the garden. Our room was spacious and cool, and we had a very good night's sleep. We had a fantastic dinner made with local produce and washed down with local wine. We even had some of Manuellas home made Sloe Gin. Delicious altogether. Breakfast was another wonderful meal, complete with freshly made scrambled eggs. This was a wonderful stay in an old Italian home as opposed to being in a modern commercial hotel. Very special! First and foremost villiam and petty was great. Petty opened the kitchen specially for us and made us deliches diner in no time. We had interesting conversation and we learn about the area and culinary of the region. The place is quiet, calm and comfortable.

Location was truly beautiful, quiet but near to a local town. Fabrizio the owner was so hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Heavenly pool and the apartment had been refurbished to the highest standard. Car essential.

Breakfast included many choices that we did enjoy. Cappuccino, croissants, fresh fruit, eggs, breads, all of it. We had to select our choices and time for breakfast the night before. That allowed us to control our schedule for the next day. Cristina was a delight to great each morning. The location was centrally located for our visits to Florence, Genoa, Lake Garda, Parma and Venice.
