The property is a small, beautifully restored historic villa. This means the service is personalised, with staff very attentive to the needs of their guests. The food was absolutely outstanding and we enjoyed trying local Jaffna specialties. We also loved having a pool to cool off in at the end of a hot day exploring. There was good information provided which outlined the history of Jaffna and of the villa.

Excellent place to stay in Jaffna. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tony is an excellent host, very helpful. Breakfasts were delicious too.

Brilliant, helpful staff and mgmt. Good tips on temples, transport, cinema, etc. Super clean - best housekeeping in SL! Leafy green courtyard and garden. 15 min walk to train station, 30 mins walk to Malayan Cafe. One of the pricier places I stayed in SL, but 100% good value.

Very clean and new place, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The host was very helpful and friendly, extremely professional. When we return to Jaffna, we will definitely stay here again.

It is an inviting, spacious, hospitable place to stay with excellent facilities - kitchen especially but in truth, all rooms. Location - 15 mins taxi Palaly Int Airport; 5 mins drive Inuvil railway station; 10/15 mins drive Jaffna; 5 mins drive Chunnakam. The actual physical location is attractive in its serenity. Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.

The family were so lovely and very helpful and kind. They have thought of everything to make the stay so good. Having a fridge/freezer to cool water etc so important when it is so hot. Great suggestions of places to visit in Jaffna. We recommend staying here for sure. 😊

It was absolute bliss. We were three couples travelling together and we had the entire house to ourselves. The bedrooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff (especially Janakan) were incredibly attentive, lovely and made everything work beautifully. There really was nothing we lacked. The breakfast prepared by Mihla was delicious and so personal. If you are looking for an intimate and local experience then I couldn’t recommend this enough. If you prefer big hotels with a resteraunt/breakfast buffet then I think the other Jetwing in Jaffna is probably more for you.
