This was one of the best experiences we've have ever had in 30 years of travelling. Bishnu and his family are simply delightful! From the room to the great Nepalese food, to the amazing animals and birds! A Home way from home. I was super impressed with the service, the owner Rhino land home stay made our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast set us up for the day. We organised the morning walking tour and Jeep in the afternoon which was the perfect way to enjoy the National park.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed at the Sanctuary for Christmas Eve and Christmas, and it was truly magical. The atmosphere was beautiful, and every detail made our holiday memorable. We also went on a safari tour organized by the hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The organization was flawless, and our guide was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this incredible experience!

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
