This place was one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in. It exceeded my expectations. I was in awe the entire time. The staff were incredible. So helpful and so so friendly. This was a beautiful place to stay. The owner and her butler were so kind and so helpful. The location and setting was gorgeous. But what really made it for us was how dog friendly they were. Our dogs had the most amazing time too on our mini break. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).
