Five-Star Hotels in Durrës

Where do I begin? I have stayed at many hotels in the past, but the service I was provided at the Grand Duka is honestly the best! This hotel ticks every box! Location-wise wise it is so close to everything! The Beach, Nightlife, Bars, & Restaurants were walking distance away (cabs to and from the hotel and bars were relatively cheap as well). The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it's modern, minimalistic, with a neutral tone that flows through the property. Rooms are just as impressive, they were so clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great too- so many people asked me where I was staying! The spa & wellness centre was well-kept and very clean! All of the gym equipment worked properly, and they had a variety of machines to choose from. The spa facilities were a great way to relax (I spent a lot of time in there!) The restaurant and bar were great, and the breakfast menu had lots of variety to choose from! The dinner options were well-made and delicious! The bar and bar staff were great, providing great customer service & recommending drinks (my favourite was the Aperol Spritz!) The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful people I have come across when staying at a hotel - they greeted us with a smile every day, they made excursion recommendations for us to make the most of our holiday, and they would always ask if there was anything they could do to help! I would like to give a special shout-out to Anisa, the Marketing Manager; she was amazing, such a lovely lady, and super friendly! We were celebrating my Sister's 23rd birthday, she went over and above to help make sure it was special, assisting with getting special decorations, planning the surprise, and the cake! Honestly, Grand Duka was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! If I ever find myself back in Durrës I know exactly where I'll be staying!

Lots of different restaurants to choose from. Amazing view and rooms. Peaceful stay. The face treatments and massages at the spa were next level!

The whole experience was very nice from the reception team, specially Eretha who facilitated the check in and offered 3 adjacent rooms and was very supportive , Ali helped us to the rooms , Louma and cleaning team , Admiral and the restaurant team were very supportive and offered great service , the hotel offered to us Royal breakfast in a special terrace , I don't want to forget anyone because everyone tried his best to provide the best service. Very nice hotel, big comfortable rooms, nice outdoor and indoor pool. Breakfast was nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional - their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made my stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in the organization of everything was evident, and it contributed to a seamless and comfortable stay. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the top-notch accommodations, the superb service, and the overall amazing experience. I can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel in the future.

Great staff and a beautiful place for the money

Everything was so classy, clean and beautiful. The staff was so so friendly and service minded. The spa was fantastic and the view from our room was the best!!!

It’s not by the beach and smaller than it looks but very cozy atmosphere, like being in a nice cozy spa, beautiful rooms! Beautiful spa!

Beautifully positioned right on the beach, this hotel is very comfortable, though difficult to access without a car.
