Everything. The facilities, quirky decor, spa, pool, service, breakfast, incredible meals, sitting by the fire in the beautiful bar, your skis and boots sitting ready for you in morning, the free popcorn machine and candy stall in the foyer, the real fire in the room and the balcony with a Mountain View. Did I mention the staff? This beautiful team of people are incredible. I had a superb experience at the hotel! It truly excels at creating an authentic local vibe with a relaxed luxury ambiance. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the personalized service. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant and the bar, including Robert, Dimitri, and the owner Gertrude, made us feel pampered and treated us like VIP guests at all times.

A former post house, run by the same family since 1937, the Hotel Gasthof Post features antique furniture, hand-painted woodwork and charming tiled stoves.

the location of the hotel for the gondola and to ski back was excellent. the breakfast was amazing they had everything you could think of hot and cold and nothing was to much trouble. evening meal every night was a different tasting menu which was fantastic none of us could fault it. the facilities and the spa was excellent the whole hotel has been designed from the ground up and everything has been though through.

A perfect place to stay! Very friendly staff, everyone seemed to go the extra mile to make our stay. Although we seemed to be the only guests with kids, the hotel is very suited for travelling with kids, they were treates as kings and queens the whole stay. Was reading some bad reviews before arriving, bet experianced nothing from that.
