Brand new 5 star hotel opposite Penrith Panthers league club, is unbelievable & must be experienced.
Wonderful buffet breakfast was a pleasure to enjoy as well!

I have never come across such a warm welcome, such professional and yet friendly staff. Attention to detail was beyond all expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. I feel that this hotel and brand, though it has a good reputation, is massively underestimated! Superb service! Outstanding Brand!!

Wonderful to be offered champagne on arrival!
Rooms were modern, stylish, comfortable and clean. And very quiet!
No phones in room and I couldn't find my PIN to contact reception on the provided tablet but reception helped me and let me have a late checkout at 12pm, which was just awesome to have extra time in luxury!
And breakfast was outstanding!
