The service was great - everyone was so friendly! The hotel had so much for our family - the pools/hot springs, mini golf, kids club, games, etc. The food was lovely. The gym was well appointed. Guest laundry was a great bonus. We had an amazing time and would definitely return.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful to us non Spanish speakers. We ate at both restaurants and they were excellent. Free breakfast is a full buffet with omelette bar and espresso drinks. Thermal pools and hot tubs are great with a swim up bar.

Room is spacious, impecable, fully equiped with fridge, tv, Chromecast, wifi, bed lamps and furniture. Comfy beds. The pool is beautiful and has many seatings and also two hamocks around to chill and relax. My family was able to fully relax there.

The Cabanas were nice, it was great having a shared kitchen and nice to cool down in the pool. The couple that run it are beyond helpful and so sweet, we didn’t have a car but they provided us with transport at incredibly reasonable prices, therefore the location worked really well for us. I really recommend
