I liked everything about the place, the staff were amazing. The food and drinks in the restaurant and lounge were excellent. The spa was clean and extremely comfortable.

Extremely convenient to get to and VERY close to the main shopping and leisure walking area. I didn’t purchase a parking space through the hotel in advance but there was a public parking very very close by. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from check in to the restaurant and everything in between.

The location, amidst beautiful green, and a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Karlsbad centre, is a secret tip for a relaxing few days away. The excellent and very personalized service, the well varied breakfast and the spacious and very comfortable room together with a perfect sauna experience and massage made our trip quite memorable.
