This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Wonderful stay. The hotel accommodation is excellent and the building and interior are very beautiful. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. This team is very important to ensure the character of this beautiful hotel for the future. We hope that the hotel management can maintain this level and the overall concept of the hotel for many years to come. Then we will definitely come back.

We went here to relax for 4 days and we had an amazing time. The hotel is walking distance +/- 7 minutes from all the "action" so we managed to see all the Kolonadas and beautiful places on the guide. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly 24 hours a day. Both hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast was different every day, but equally awesome! Every morning it was really sad to leave ((: Most of the times we went to the city to have our dinner, but we went once to the hotel and it was wonderful! Compliments to the chefs. And the room! What a room. We asked for the balcony (it's an extra cost to guarantee, but that's not a problem). The room was spacious and warm (literally, the floor was warm all the time!). We had a problem with the shower which was fixed immediately when we told the reception about it. There is a swimming pool where you can swim or get a massage in various places. Attached to it is a jacuzzi that held comfortably 6 people (we didn't have to touch feet). In a small room next to it are 3 types of saunas, 2 showers with warm and cold water, a bucket of ice water and a bowl of ice to chill yourself (or to put on a back of your partner ((: ) The dressing rooms are equipped with a shower, toilette, and lockers. They are separated for women and men. The chilling area next to the pool has some beds where you can just relax. The staff is changing the towel and the bed sheet with every new guest. The whole experience was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Especially when you go off season, the city is empty and you will really have the space to turn off and just relax.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service. The room was spacious, big and clean with a lovely view of the mountain. The pool was clean, big and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant offered a good variety of meals.the staff was attentive, helpful.

Here's an improved version of the review: Our experience was truly memorable! From the moment we were picked up by a gentleman in a stylish suit, everything felt effortlessly classy. The ride to the motel was smooth, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink—a delightful start that perfectly complemented the stunning architecture. The food was exceptional, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavour. The wait staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their warm personalities and professionalism truly stood out. However, there were a few hiccups. The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

The excellent hotel, located just near the beautiful park. We've upgraded our stay to suite, that was spacious, nicely furnished, with the balcony and the view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold dishes. The dinner was perfect too, especially during the Chef Pavel shift. The staff is very professional and helpful, We'd like to note Mr. Macarchuk, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Excellent location on top of a hill overviewing the town, surounded by old forests. Building is an old stylish castle that was well refurbished. Restaurants very stylish, including breakfast place - spotless table sheets. Loved the mineral water springs in the hotel where you can take the best water freely. Very strong spa facilities - we took the floating tank, mineral water pool also available. Manicure by Tatiana was the best I ever had 😊
