The hotel Is absolutely astonishing the people is so nice the room are amazing big and the services are more than amazing, completely recommended, we booked extra nights after watching how great it is. The restaurant view here is amazing! It is located near Nile river and here u can see the sunset and cruise ship passing by. And I want to say a big thanks to the guest relationship manager Assala who give the support and idea all the way for during the stay as it was also my wife birthday. She handled very well for decoration, cake and helping me to receive a bouquet from the flower shop. Definitely a best staff here.

Highly recommend this Elephantine Island hotel for its spectacular Nile views. Reserve a full day to enjoy the property and take evening walks around the island—you won't regret it. Staff service was excellent and rooms were modern. Note: The hotel has two buildings with different designs; request the newer section for more contemporary styling if preferred. Aswan offers a refreshing change of pace in Egypt, and this property perfectly captures its tranquil charm.

Incredible Nile cruise, Mohamed helped us plan our tours ,and he provided guides and transportation to the sites , He had exceptional communication and was clear with daily itinerary, before our arrival and throughout the entries trip , he was in constant contact with us to ensure all our needs were met and to plan the next days , all the guides showed up on time, picked us up from the boat and had great knowledge of Egyptian history, and were extremely pleasant and hospitable.

The property was beautiful. The style and attention to detail of the buildings is fabulous. You are lying by the pool watching the Nile and all its activities flow by. Food is very good and the coffee excellent! A completely relaxing spa like environment but in an organic way. Highly recommend to any visitors to Aswan.

The ship has beautiful wooden decks. The interior of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well kept and clean. Our room was very quiet. The buffet was quite good, lots of choice and good quality. You also get to taste some local food.
