The building in which the hotel is located is situated near the beach, I had a very beautiful view on the city and sea from room. The room was on a high floor. Unfortunately I stayed only one night. I had private parking for the car. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price for the value was very good.

Beautiful and well equipped suit with an amazing view towards the Black Sea and batumi harbor. It’s in the 40th floor and there is an amazing buffet with great and various food at the same floor which makes it unique to the rest of the floors of the tower, also there is a private reception. Amazing staff which do their best to create comfort for you.

This hotel has a really unique and beautiful lay-out, which made it a lovely experience. The staff and nice room made us feel right at home. The location is perfect too, very close to many great restaurants, the city centre and the beach. In addition to this you get access to the swimming pool on the rooftop terrace, which is incredible. It was so good, we ended up spending a whole day relaxing at the pool. The restaurant and breakfast are also really good!

I’ve stayed at hundreds of properties, but I’ve never had such a great experience as I did at this property. The staff were very friendly and took the time to check in with me daily. Truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The property was very clean, and footsteps away from the beach. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy stay!

Excellent stay, the staff was super friendly since I arrived, they let me check in early and I extended my stay for two more days, Davit recommended places and provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach, all the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have a very good restaurant inside. Excellent cleanliness except for the kitchen and living rooms. really everything 10 points, highly recommended!
