It is our second time at the Nautilux Crete. The first time we became in love with everything. The beauty of the Hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very new and well maintained. The staff is the best. Always with a smile on the face. We love the minimalism and modern design of this Hotel. The beach. The view. The service at the pool and at the beach. The food is amazing. This time we receive an upgrade and the suite with the jacuzzi was wonderful. We just have good things to share with the others. Absolutely nothing to complain.

Really good service and friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was really good(lots of choices)rooms cozy and clean, everything new, super comfortable bed! Would stay there next time, because the hotel had everything what we needed!

Great location: just at the border of the old town before the beaches. Amazing staff at the reception, breakfast and cleaning (we did not try the bar /restaurant) : they go the extra mile to make you super happy. Beautiful comfy room (junior suite with seaview) with white marble and excellent bath products (Olivia) and the best coffee /expresso machine I ever found in a hotel room. We got upgraded to a junior suite upon our arrival and in the room there was a nice white wine bottle and 2 chalices: we enjoyed it on the balcony looking directly towards the port during the sunset. Spectacular! The room has all imaginable comfort : bathrobe, scale, hairdryer, vanity kits, fully equipped fridge, kettle and tea, espresso machine, mirror with magnifier, fantastic products of the brand Olivia (body lotion, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel), etc. The breakfast is delicious with an extensive selection of Greek, Cretan local products and sweets (special note for the sweets) as well as normal breakfast staple (bacon, beans, scramble eggs, cereals, jams, etc). The staff immediately serve yoh a freshly made orange juice upon your arrival and the best coffee. Breakfast also has a special egg on order station, where you can get your eggs done the way you prefer. Last but not least, though the hotel has a small swimming pool, it has a sister hotel (Kriti) just in front of the beach, so you can freely access the beach, get towels, umbrella and chairs directly in the wonderful Rethymno beach.

Located on the sandy beach of Rethymno and within a short walk from the Old Town, Aquila Porto Rethymno features 3 freshwater pools, a private beach and 2 restaurants.

Very good location, right next to the beach. Close to the old city center. Hotel with 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools. Large room, with a balcony and a sea view. Comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Comfortable bathroom. A bottle of wine and a capsule coffee machine in the room were a nice addition. Very good breakfast. Very good and polite service. If I can, I will also choose this hotel next time.

The sea front executive suites are amazing, the sun set for your own private pool is something exceptional, just go for it... The stay was absolutely excellent, right from arrival to the last second we stayed the staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone gave the impression that they actually liked working there which impacted the experience in a profound way. I was also a real fan of the Music selection for the beach and pool area which fit the vibe very well. The feature to order everything via app (even to your sunbed) is also amazing and the food there was also very good all around.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.
