Luxury hotel just next the beach. The room was very big and useful. The hotel is new, there are a lot of restaurants and markets around the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Breakfest was excellent.

Remarkable location in the middle of Kuta, but despite this, it was quiet and serene. Wonderful villa with a private pool. The staff were considerate, very welcoming and professional. It’s a shame we didn’t stay longer to maximise the use of the outdoor cooking area in the private villa as well! The breakfast options were superb.

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel. The staff was kind and caring, the rooms were quiet and spacious! The breakfast was exceptional and included everything you can think of. Our child enjoyed the activities in the play center as well as the swimming pools.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and felt very tranquil, and our villa was absolutely stunning. It felt the perfect size for 2 people, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff at reception were consistently very kind and polite and offered us a delicious complimentary drink on arrival, as well as helping us with our luggage on arrival and departure. They generally couldn't do enough for us, including spraying the villa with mosquito repellant in the evening - which is a bonus as there are lots of insects in Bali! My partner and I stayed in a number of hotels/airbnbs during our Bali trip, and this was by far one of our favourites. The whole experience felt very luxurious at a very reasonable price.

    Nothing! This hotel is advertised as 5 Star Luxury and it’s untrue. We could have stayed anywhere in Bali but chose the Pullman as we couldn’t get on our flight home to NZ.

    The property itself is fine.. 5 stars perhaps not. We treated ourself to the suite and picture over looking the pool are a little misleading if you get room 3052.

    We LOVED everything about the Bandha. Breakfast - 5 star, so much to choose from and everything cooked to perfection Rooms - Clean, enough space and comfy beds! Pools - stunning! Staff - 10 star - they were amazing, helpful and fun with the kids, nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond
