Customer service was amazing. Facilities very clean and the gym is quite big with many equipment. Breakfast was tasty. It is very near to Senayang mall and you can go underground to reach each within 10 min walking.

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. Amazing hotel close to the Square of the Old Town. The owner has a very large eclectic collection of artifacts displayed. Make sure to take the tour. The staff is absolutely helpful and courteous. Breakfast is à la carte with a choice of Indonesian and some European food served in their Babah Koffie. We had a very enjoyable stay.
