We don't usually travel at Christmas time but our daughters thought we should visit Ireland. They knew it would be the 15th trip for my wife Glenda and I . We hit the highlights in Dub and I drove us out to the Christmas markets in Galway. Coming back to the Fitzwilliam for Christmas was an excellent choice as we enjoyed superb hospitality over Christmas and St. Stephen's day. We'll be back again.

Everything:) The hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff incredibly numerous and well trained, everyone so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and the feeling of the stay was wonderful. We stayed here for Our First Wedding Anniversary. The staff especially Benjamin the Concierge made sure that it was a very special stay at the hotel. We will definitely be coming back. He sorted out our parking and check in as well as organizing a table for our evening meal and he even checked us out. His attention to detail was excellent.

Very friendly staff and great bar area made our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you for allowing us to cancel and for refunding the last night of our reservation which we did not need due to a changes in our flight plans.

The staff were superb! Special mention to Miguel, Sarah, Gema (I think) from Argentina, Luisa for Colombia, Joy the Asian fellow and the rest, thank you for looking after us. The location is spot on! my wifey and I loved it as we could move around easily, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets all in walking distance.
