    Location is pretty good, plus they provide complimentary transfer to Sri Amritsar Sahib twice a day. Facilities are good considering it's Hyatt, although I barely use any five star facilities myself. It also helps that it is right beside a mall which has enough food and shopping options.

    Outstanding. One of best places I’ve ever stayed. Only recently opened - rooms done to high spec, bed comfy, wifi fantastic, restaurant is superb and chef brilliant. Staff I can’t fault! So friendly and warm/ 10/10! I crossed over Wagah border into Pakistan for weekend and they kindly kept my valuables safe for 4 days for free - TY staff and team at hotel!

    The hospitality at Reception was quite friendly. They helped and were quite quick in service. At the Restaurant Chef Vipin was very friendly and professional and he knew his Job superbly.
