We can only agree with the other very positive reviews. Everything was perfect. The room, the food, the staff, the excursions, the weather, the (heated!) infinity pool on the roof, etc.. - Highly recommended! Arya, the lady from the front office, is a treasure and fulfilled every conceivable wish. Many thanks to Arya and the entire Panoramic Getaway team! The staff is super kind, the view is spectacular, the food is great and the hotel offers plenty of activities for all types of guests! The room was very comfy, again with a fantastic view. The garden is pretty too! It’s an immersion in mountain culture with all the comforts. It even has a spa! We also enjoyed the tea plantation guided tour with Rajan.

The room was huge and the environment was green and clean . Would say it’s good staycation . Just that couldn’t extend our stay for one more night due to some circumstances. I would say Incase you are planing to stay in this resort it’s will be a great ideal and the staff was so friendly. Especially Hotel manager and Staff . As I remember the name were Abin : Hotel manager Akish : Staff Sandha : Staff . I would say there were really good and they really take care of the hotel guest on top manor . Staff were very kind, got an upgrade to the top level bungalow with a large plunge pool. Food was great, grounds of the resort are beautifully designed and maintained. Bed was soft and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone and everyone to stay.
