hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

We loved the location - close enough to marina grande and Capri. The shuttle (and driver!) that took us between these places. The villa is beautiful ❤️ a peaceful villa among the craziness of the city. Great to retreat. Breakfast, bar and spa is relaxing. Rooms amazing. And staff were excellent 👌

Brand new hotel with an amazing team (Simona, Constantino, Elena and the housekeeping staff). Always available to make your stay unforgettable and make you feel at home. Probably the best hotel in Capri! Great location, super friendly staff, room was new, clean with attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job and were very nice. Breakfast quality was so good and service as well. Gym well equipped with the best! Reception 5 stars as well! Definitely recommended!
