Everything was so well organized, all staff did act with real care for every customer, no matter what responsibility they had, they dropped everything to assist the customer and remove any problems. Beautiful facility, stylish, high quality at all levels. Breakfast was great.

Exceptional villa for a luxurious and relaxing break.

The hotel was fabulous from the minute you walk in. The views were breathtaking, the furnishings were beautiful. The staff were exceptional, with the owner, his wife and son personally talking to guests. Food was amazing, with a different a la carte menu every night. You had the same table every day for meals and the same waiter served you, which was really nice. Facilities were exceptional with plenty of sunbeds available for guests. Quiet location, the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. There were plenty of activities on offer for guests as well.

Grand Hotel Fasano exceeded our expectations by miles. The SPA area was impressive. Location, staff, breakfast - top notch. Starting from check-in and all the way until check-out, you are well taken care of. This is one of the rare hotels that we will want to visit again.

Everything it was perfect. The staff, the restaurant, all. We will come back for sure!

The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

Amazing hotel. Loved our stay. The views and gardens around the property our stunning. Food is excellent especially the set menu dinner. Everything is so well thought out. loved the hotel pool and pool bar. Could not fault our stay here.
