The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out. Also they were extremely kind to give my husband a complimentary birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. Thank you! We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel and hope to come again very soon. Room, terrace with the pool and breakfast were excellent but reception staff and restaurant-breakfast staff, especially restaurant manager were exceptional. It was really a first class service.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. You can arrive directly at the hotel by water taxi. It’s brand new, beautifully designed, and furnished with top-quality materials. The service is exceptional, truly first-class. The view from the room of the canal looks like something from a postcard. The rooftop terrace is magical — with a glass of wine and such a stunning view, you could sit there for hours and feel like you need nothing more to be happy :) The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from San Marco. At the moment, it would be very hard to find a better hotel in Venice. I truly hope to come back one day.
