The view is amazing, better than I expected. Not only do you get the view of the scramble crossing but you can also see the Sky Tree and Tokyo tower. Both look amazing during the day and at night. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with shower-head and a nice deep bathtub for those who like to relax after long day of shopping around Shibuya. Be sure to get the breakfast as its amazing on the 11th floor restaurant.

We didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight out of Tokyo. Our room, the bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent and perfect for our needs. The walk to Terminal 3 was without anxiety as the route was well marked and not far from the hotel.

The Okura Tower was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved the view from our room, the professional and amazing service we received by the staff and the overall pleasant experience during breakfast. We definitely recommend staying here, especially if you prefer a more quiet neighbourhood (embassy district) with only short distances away from Tokyo's busiest neighbourhoods.

It's a recently renovated luxury hotel within The Tokyo Station building and some 15 min walk from the Imperial Palace. The level of service is unsurpassed and the personnel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our Palace side room was very well appointed, quiet, pristine clean and with nice amenities. Public areas were tastefully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast choice is wide and the food quality is superb - you will be tempted whichever type of breakfast you decide to choose - Japanese, Western, Asian/ Chinese.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It is very close to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing, the staff was very nice and our room had a great view over Shibuya (we could even see the Sky Tree on clear days). The room was also clean and we had enough space to move and store our luggage comfortably. We will certainly stay here again next time we visit Shibuya.

The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

Big seize two floor duplex room, nice and classy design room, very comfortable king size bed. Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. It is world 5 stars hotel at the Tokyo Train station.
