We revisited the Whitesands Resort & Spa after 34 years when we stayed for our honeymoon. The staff not only recognised our wedding anniversary but celebrated it with us by extra touches throughout our stay - dressed deserts at dinner, etc. The over-whelming theme of the staff is one of professionalism, friendly and extreme politeness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were absolutely delighted by our stay at this hotel. The service, food, interior design, and amenities were all excellent. As avid padel players, the court was impressive. Eugene always made sure we always had a cocktail by the pool and Gilbert made sure our room was super clean. Our diligent driver Jackson took us to see nearby parks and even went on a walk with us. A special commendation to the spa - we definitely had our White Lotus moment with the Serene indulgence treatment. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates taste and excellent, but not over-the-top service.
