The setting is marvellous. The staff cold not be more friendly, helpful and customer oriented. The cuisine is excellent. And the chef even went the extra mile to cook for us Sri Lankan delicacies, which were not on the menu.

Magical peaceful space set about 2k from the city of Ella, with a short tuck tuck ride to the city centre. A family run business who was so kind and nice. A big, healthy breakfast. A large double room with a big private balcony. Really comfortable bed. Would highly recommend for people who don't want to be in the madness and loudness of Ella. The owner arranged everything for us. He even recommended a lovely restaurant and dropped us to the door.

Loved everything! Room was incredible, views like nothing else, delighted to have a bed that could roll onto the balcony and a hammock for relaxation. Spa was beautiful with serene views and reasonably priced (it was cheaper than the place we went to in town!). Restaurant staff were lovely. If the sights of Ella weren't so fantastic, we would have happily spent every second in this room.

Amazing new place with beautiful villas and stunning view over tea plantations from every villa. The villas are well decorated and equipped inside, the territory is very well maintained, the food is amazing - the best we had in SriLanka over 2 weeks.

Loved the whole experience- amazing hotel design with great attention to interior detail . Views from the balcony where we were able to relax in comfort, gave us a true flavour of the environment. Customer service, particularly from Hemantha was first class and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Feel.

We stayed at O2 Villas in Ella and it was one of our best experiences in Sri Lanka. It’s a newly built, modern and luxurious place but still very reasonably priced — amazing value for money. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the town centre, yet surrounded by stunning views. We stayed in one of the villas as a group of five, and the balcony view was incredible. The room was spacious, spotless and equipped with smart features like automatic curtains. We had one large bed, one double and one single, and when we asked for an extra bed, they provided it free of charge. The bathroom was shared but perfectly manageable for five people. One thing we really appreciated was that our room was fully cleaned again after the first night — fresh towels were brought in and complimentary water and drinks were restocked. Not many hotels do that! The staff were fantastic — welcoming us with drinks, helping with luggage and etc. There’s a cinema room, a spa and a beautiful pool overlooking the scenery (we couldn’t use it due to the rain but it looked lovely). Breakfast was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka, with a generous buffet of fruits, hot dishes and snacks and they also cooked fresh pancakes and eggs exactly to your preferred style. Since we had to check out very early for a safari, the manager, Mr Lahiru, kindly prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for us — such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a 10/10 stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ella. Huge thanks to Mr Lahiru and the entire team :)

Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! The whole place was an amazing experience and I learnt much more about the history of tea in Nuwara Eliya. The staff are exceptionally polite, very pleasant and very kind and considerate. It felt like being taken care of by family. The food was amazing and the ambience with life musician was speechless.
