Beautiful colonial building with nice gardens. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Was the perfect choice after a busy 10 days travelling around Sri Lanka. They upgraded me to a better room which was very kind.

Everything and anything!!! This place is a paradise on earth… truly magical! It’s 3 min by Tuk Tuk, or motorbike from the beach, which is just what you need to be away from the main road. It’s completely immerse in nature and next to the lake… endless numbers of animals and birds surround the property. You have a natural sounds playlist 24h a day!! The owner Andy, and the manager Yanaka + the cooks are the nicest and kindest persons, and they truly do everything to make your stay perfect!! The rooms are incredibly well decorated, huge and super clean with any type of facility!! The garden, overlooking rice fields, is a park itself. You can also get a massage booked or do yoga and breathwork under one of the many trees!! A true place for the soul 🌴🍉🥥 will be back soon

Its so Beautiful place. We enjoyed the beutiful pool, Beautiful restaurant for couple of days. We ate lunch and dinner there and there is enough variation for these days. This will be a place we always come back to. We loved the look at the monkeys climb in the trees and all birds singing early morning. Fantastic friendly and service minded staff. You can do yoga early morning by the pool or on your own balcony.

It's simply paradise on Earth! The best place to enjoy nature! The staff is very kind and caring, the food is delicious and natural, and the kayaking trips are incredibly fun. There are chipmunks, monkeys, and lots of birds roaming around the area. This is truly a wonderful place to retreat, escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoy all the beauty Sri Lanka has to offer. I would be absolutely delighted to come back here again! Kumudu, his team and his family are wonderful hosts and people. Always available to help, professional and discreet, yet personal, open-minded and open-hearted. Communication was easy at all times. The premises are well kept, exude a feeling of tranquility and make you forget you’re still in a city. The lush garden around the pool not only provides shade, but also privacy to the two double rooms and hosts an abundance of birds, squirrels and sometimes monkeys. The two beautiful double rooms with high ceiling are spacious, well-equipped, super clean, well-lit and feature a big bathroom with an open air (hot) shower in complete privacy. The beds are comfortable and have an airy and effective mosquito net. There’s a ceiling fan both in the room and on the terrace which was much appreciated as it keeps the mozzies at bay. One of the highlights was the delicious, fresh and plentiful breakfast on the room terrace, prepared by Janidu’s mother. I’m very happy to have found this place and can’t wait to return :)
