This is an exceptional resort in Agadir. I’ve been to several hotels and resorts in Morocco but this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at. The service was always there and the people working at the hotel were always happy to help out with a smile. The pool are and the restaurant was the highlight of the stay, we ate lunch here everyday and it was good each time. A special thanks to one of the service personnel named Ibrahim, he made our stay here comfortable and he was always greeting and helping us out with a big smile. Thanks Ibrahim!

New everything very clean. Beautiful garden with amazing swimmingpool. View on ocean, beautiful beach. Nuts and fruit in room. Amazing breakfast with local products. But the most important is the friendly and professional stuff.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my 4 year old autistic daughter . before I travelled to agadir I contacted the hotel (Hayat guests relation ) to asked for special requirements for my daughter.  They welcomed my request and upon arriving at the hotel I got the room I wanted.I met hayat guest relations in person, and she was a kind and helpful person, She welcomed me and my daughter, and she asked me if I needed anything to contact her. The pool is very big and the sunbed is always disponible ,the beach in front of the hotel that big advantage . There's 3 restaurants in the hotel and always the food is fresh and variety 😋 the moroccan dishes was very delicious 😋 There's choices for kids ,vegan,diabetes... the patisserie was perfect. The chefs (fatima,jaama bahamo...)There was very understanding i asked them if they could cook breakfast for my daughter because she has special food to eat and they accepted , The staff in that hotel are amazing and hospitability (Muhammed in Tagine restaurant, abdellah and toufik in Mediterranean restaurant , Jamal and amin in culina restaurant . Rachid in lobby bar,Yassin life guard....) One evening, my daughter was sick, and they sent dinner for me and my daughter to my room, I really appreciate that ,thanks Toufik The exploitation manager Abdelhak ben said was kind ,helpful, and understanding ,and every time I met any problem, he came straight a way to solve it .i really appreciate that. Thanks The SPA was a wonderful service It's a safe hotel, the agents' security everywhere in the hotel , I was feeling that I was between family in that hotel. All staff working there tried to help me to look after my daughter, especially because she's not aware of any danger.

Our holiday at Sofitel Royal Bay started perfectly from the moment we arrived. We were absolutely thrilled with our villa—it exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos on booking.com had suggested. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight of our trip—delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Affordable prices, the room very clean and nice with most amenities you need, the hotel location very close to beach and marina, staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Agadir that we didn’t want to leave! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, with beautiful facilities including a heated outdoor pool, beach and pool towels readily available, and a well-equipped gym with a coach on site. Breakfast every morning was a treat — such a wide variety of options to choose from, something for everyone. We especially loved the dining experiences: Le Corail serves delicious Spanish cuisine, and La Plage offers not only great food but also the most stunning view and relaxing ambiance. At one point, we tried to extend our stay but saw there was no availability online. We mentioned this to a staff member, and to our surprise, they brought the hotel director to speak with us personally. They managed to arrange the extension at the same rate — which we truly appreciated! What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and always had a smile. Their hospitality really made us feel special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon! Ps: Room 66
