Location was perfect. It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. To all these wonderful people Karima the Manager went out of the way to make us feel like we were part of the family as well as Simohamed and Omar. All our amazing breakfasts were done by Keltoum. Our rooms were very well kept with fresh fruit and other snacks by zhour and Siham. Our last night we decide after so much walk to pampered with a massage by Latifa that send us to sleepy land. We recommend this little jewel for your next trip.
