I sent 10 nights in ENNEA for my honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location and architecture are beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind, and pool is great. Besides, the hotel is just a few minutes away from the beach and very near all the restaurants and shops in La Punta. But, the restaurant in the hotel is THE BEST place to eat in all Puerto Escondido! I would say this is the place to be.

The space is beautiful, with some of the best common areas of any boutique hotel I've been to. You can tell that a great deal of care and attention to detail goes into their indoor/outdoor restaurant on the main floor and the rooftop pool/bar. The rooms are nicely styled with a mix of traditional and contemporary elements. All of them include balconies, and some offer sea views. I also found the food and drinks here to be elevated and well-prepared — based on my experience, some of the best in the area. If you're just visiting for the day, this place is a 10/10.

We had such a wonderful stay at Diego’s place in Puerto Escondido. From the beginning, his communication was prompt and helpful, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome — even letting us check in two hours early. When we arrived, he was there to greet us, show us around the property, and even gave us a lift around town to point out his favourite restaurants and help us drop off our laundry. The air conditioning was excellent, and the ceiling fans also worked beautifully — we were always cool and comfortable, even on the hotter days. It was quite unique too — there were no windows to the outside, just wooden shutters and fly screens, which gave it a really peaceful feel that we’d never experienced before. Throughout our stay, Diego continued to be an incredible host. He had great recommendations for food and things to do, and even organised a taxi to collect our laundry when we got caught up at the beach and couldn’t make it back before the shop closed. We also loved the location — just 15 minutes outside of La Punta, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with some of the best beaches within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a more peaceful, local experience in Puerto Escondido with a genuinely thoughtful and knowledgeable host.

Loved our stay at La Punta Rooms! We were initially a little hesitant given it had so few reviews, but the pictures looked lovely so we booked anyway and SO glad we did. Absolutely fantastic location, 2min walk to the beach and great bars and restaurants. Rooms were super clean and comfy and the AC was wonderful (exactly as pictured). Pool area was great and a nice alternative to sitting on the beach all day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies and coffee from the little bar area and ordered them every day. Staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive and helped us to book an early morning taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay again!!
