From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, service, F&B. The reception lady Ms.YAN was very friendly, the bartender Michael demonstrated great passion about cocktails and attention to customers, who made our experience memorable and joyful. The birthday decoration in our room was stunning, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this stylish hotel to anyone.

The central location was definitely the main attraction for us, as we could walk to our favourite bars & restaurants. We liked the lay out of the hotel, the high level of comfort and quality of the service, as well as the very nice breakfast with a good selection of dishes and juices - including the made-to-order detox drink, and egg counter. We also enjoyed relaxing afternoons at the open air (but sheltered) swimming pool, when it became too hot to walk around.

It’s vintage feel makes this hotel to be different. Even though the hotel aged, but it is so well maintain, it is an competitive price as you could feel this hotel was a luxury hotel many years ago. What was great is you don’t need to pay extra for parking. If they keep at this price point it might become my first choice the next time I visit penang.

    Amazing hotel with superb instalation and service. Real 5 stars hotel experience. The decoration is a bit old school but I like it. We were upgraded which is always nice and we had an amazing view on the city from the 14th floor!
