Sri LankaSpecially the indian staff there , they are really friendly but all Malay and chinese look down us like we not belongs there. Its because we are from Srilankan and they not like to treat us. But those indian staff fill that hospitality gap. But I make exception for all staff who working in front desk. Either malay or indian or chinese they are really friendly (specially boys).

The Royale Chulan reminds me of a classic 5-star hotel. Large lobby, generous rooms, nice amenities. Look and decor also more 'old school', which is fine with me compared to a lot of the clean and minimalistic 'modern' hotels. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is next to the Seremban Lake Gardens (good place for a morning walk) and a short drive away from the center of town.
