The property is well organised, maintained, and secured. Every edge is fenced and well protected. The children's play section, especially the corners and floors, are covered with soft carpets. There are ramps along with the stairs that make it more accessible for people who need it. The corridors and dining hall have glass shields that protect us from the harsh and cold winter wind. The quality of the toiletries were super good, it was the first time we used shampoo and body lotion provided by any hotels. The staff were amazing people, they always extended their hands to assist us in making our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Without a doubt this was the best property we have stayed at in our 6 months of travelling. First of all the staff exceptional service exceeding our expectations, second the food - again the best food we have tasted ever and my husband is a chef, third the property itself the view, the room, the bed, the facilities swimming pool, spa, and the special yoga sessions in the most serene place you have ever encountered, amongst the trees, mountains, clouds. The hotel grounds are beautiful! It was also not too far from the airport. The property has amazing facilities and the BEST restaurant for dinner and breakfast! It was soooo comfortable.

Stayed here in May for 2D/1N. The staff and the accommodation was excellent. We were upgraded to the biggest suite on arrival. As we were travelling with our 10 month old daughter, a separate cot was provided for her as well. The service during our entire stay was exceptional. The hotel seemed to be centrally located with all the spots within a 10/15 mins drive. There are multiple options for cuisines/restaurants to chose from. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I visit Kathmandu next.
