The room was lovely. Clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. It offers great food for good price. The beach is beautiful (when high tide). Had an amazing massage at the spa. Staff was professional and friendly. There is a small mall opening next to the hotel so there is a lot of options to eat and to buy souvenirs etc. I wish I had the time to do horseback riding.

If you like quiet and tranquility this place is for you. The villa is gorgeous and spacious. Not too far from the airport and Alona Beach. You can see Alona Beach from the restaurant. The horse riding was pretty great and the horses are very well taken care of. I’ve traveled to so many places and stayed at so many 4-5stars hotels/ resorts, the staffs here is by far the best I’ve seen. Very friendly and attentive. Front desk is very responsive with requests. The staffs even surprise me with birthday cake. I really enjoy all the conversations I had with all the staffs at Donatela. Overall I had a great stay at the resort and felt well rested. Would 10/10 recommend and come back here.

The whole team at BE Grand made our stay so enjoyable. From pick-up at the airport, check-in in our villa, accommodating personalised requests, nightly sweet treats for us to enjoy in our villa and smiles from everyone around the resort. We could not fault Neil (our butler) along with Darel (another butler), Kevin (F&B) were superb. Our thanks also goes to Ms Kathy (Front of House Manager). The location was fair , It can be a long walk to the beach specially for the elderly. The room was big compare to the one in boracay. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The food was good as well.

Great facilities and the shuttle into Alona beach was really helpful too! We also liked the buffet breakfast each morning and the staff were really nice. There’s also lots of places to eat within walking distance if you choose not to eat at the restaurant (Korean bbq across the road is so good).
