We love everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional, all of them from reception, restaurant to the guys driving the xars to your room. Albert the manager made himself available and always around. The breakfast is the best I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. And the views from the hotel are amazing. Will definitely return. 💯 %

We had a fantastic experience. The tents are beautifully designed, and feel very luxurious. The service is 5 star. A particular note to First our butler who was very responsive with all our requests and gave very good advice. Also, Gim who was friendly, intuitive and worked hard to make sure everything was clean and well maintained.

It's well-organized and clean, with a friendly atmosphere where the staff seem to be proud of their workplace. The breakfast was generous and one of the best we've had. I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

    I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.
