This hotel is really high standards and we also ate on their grill restaurant Char’d. It was exceptional. The staff was so helpful and nice. Thai standards of hospitality are high but this was extraordinary.

The hotel was amazing, the facilities. The pools. The staff and the location were fantastic. It was also great value. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and had so much space for our family and a 2nd bathroom which was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was lovely too, so much choice. Great pizza and cocktails too.

The hotel is not the newest one, a lot of things look a bit worn out and could use some redoing, but all the staff make sure from early mornings until evenings that everything is clean and tidy. Everyone is very attentive and kind, making sure you are ok, greeting you with a smile each time you pass by. We’ve read some comments about the lack of attention with the app but for us it worked perfectly: as soon as we requested something on the app, it got taken care of, from room cleaning to booking a taxi to requesting a golf cart for checkout. Breakfast is hands down the best we had! There’s a huge variety of asian food, fresh baked bread, pancakes, real jams, fresh smoothies and juices, huge western buffet and fresh fruit. Just wonderful. The pools are clean and well maintained, they check the PH every day. The whole premise is beautiful to wander around, it’s very peaceful and calm even though it’s such a big complex. The beach is just a few minutes walk through the complex and crossing a road. Lots of restaurants near bye. The massage offered at the resort was one of the best I got in Thailand so far. We would absolutely recommend this resort and would come back here if we’d go back to Phuket.

Resort overall was excellent (whirlpool with terrace). Room and view was amazing. Excellent design, space, and furnishing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated all requests that we had. AC worked super well, and there was also a ceiling fan. The resort is right next to the beach and ocean! Breakfast and dinner was fantastic, with nice food with a lot of variety (Thai and Western favorites). I also really liked the swimming pool area which had a childrens' pool as well.

    Everything was superb. The penthouse with the plunge pool was huge and clean, the resort location was bang opposite the beach and the resort was like a rainforest. Exceptionally clean property and the staff were really kind and welcoming.

    The room was nice and comfortable but I don’t think it’s like worth 5 star money? It’s a nice hotel but not a 5 star standard. Slightly run down I would put at 4 star highest and don’t think it should be the price they are charging . There are nicer properties for the price .

    The staffs are always the crucial point i'm looking for when staying in a hotel, especially when the hotel is identified itself as a 5 stars worthy.     everything! stunning resort, it deserves all 5 stars room and the facilities are very clean and well maintained 5 beautiful pools surrounded by greens and palms, plus - happy hours at the bars from 4-6 pm one of the best hotel breakfasts we‘ve ever had: great variety of vegan, European, Asian options helpful and super friendly staff lunch and dinner at the Chomtalay were absolutely delicious
