We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The pool area, views of the sea, very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Delicious food served in the restaurant offering theme nights. Well appointed bedrooms with an extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Professional, friendly very welcoming reception staff. Cleanliness of the rooms & grounds. Little extras like nightly turn down in the room, little cookie gifts. Free shuttle to fisherman village & Chaweng shopping mall. Would not choose any other place to stay in Koh Samui. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

I came to Koh Samui to find a place where I can recover after a few stressful years. Wanted worry free hotel with great food and peace. Santiburi saved my vacation! I escaped a "fancy" holistic retreat where conditions were not what I expected. I went to Santiburi at the last minute, and the hotel provided pure relaxation! + Beautiful grounds, big, but you don't feel it; well designed. + Managment of this hotel is up to highest standards. + Villa I got was beautiful, no noise except birds singing songs :) + Managers were present at all times, walking around, chatting with guests to make sure everything was all right. + Breakfast amaizing, I loved the avocado paste and everything else :) + Staff, super friendly and easy to communicate with. + The cleaning lady in my villa was amaizing. Super friendly. When it was raining, she created a beautiful elephant from towels:) I was travelling alone, she made me feel like I have a mother taking care of me. + The bathroom, the bed, design of the villa - just perfect. Enough space to unpack, two wardrobes. + Sport activities, tennis, a big and very well equipped gym, yoga, dancing classes (for extra charge). + Spa packages (for around 15000 THB you get a package of 5 hours massages you can use during your stay, this way I had a massage every day!) + Spa very nice treatments and great staff. + Consierage - great too. + In general, nothing was too much trouble. + The food, I ate only two meals per day, because the portions for lunch in a beach restaurant were so big I was just not hungry for dinner. The food was amaizng, beautifully presented and not overpriced like in other hotels I stayed. + Room service, just great! + Female solo traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel. + In the previous hotels I stayed in Thailand I just felt I was not getting the value for the money I paid, Santiburi is different, I didn't feel they are trying to cheat me or overcharge me.
