Everything and every details in this place is exceptional. The villa and the 100% private pool. The jacuzi and the floating breakfast. The concierge specially Mr.Jack were very friendly and helpful. Great view, nice own pool and great hotel pool at the beach, direct access to the beach, free daily activities available including possibility to use canoes and sup-boards. The apartment has a nice terrace around the private pool and a nice balcony at the upstairs room. We also liked the elevator to hotel restaurant, which has an easy access to the beach and hotel pool. The room had some refreshments free of charge, and it was refilled daily. Breakfast was excellent. It included basic buffet and a breakfast menu where you could order different omelets, fruits, desserts, thai portions and more. The sandy beach was peaceful and suitable for swimming and other beach activities. The personnel was really polite, friendly and helpful. Phuket old town is within easy access by a taxi.

Absolutely everything. The gym has plenty of group classes, HIIT is extremely challenging and the triador Mary is encouraging. The staff are super professional and friendly. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it's worth it, the food is great. The clinic has several offers of consultation and exams, very good and at affordable prices.
