The photos do not do justice to this place!! It is an incredibly beautiful place and I will stay there again!! The room was exceptional. The service, the quality, there is just that extra "that!" which makes it absolutely classy and superb! I loved where it is situated - by the ocean front. I loved the view, even from my room which was at the back. The pools were exceptionally clean! Breakfast had loads of selections from continental, to Asian. No other place has outdone this one yet.

We enjoyed the stay very much. My 4 years old and 8years old loved the pool the most. They have 3 pools with different water level. We felt very safe to let our 4years old to explore the pool while we sit in the shaded areas. The restaurant was excellent, value for money. Buffet breakfast had many choices.

Bandara was by far the best and most relaxing place we stayed at while travelling to Thailand. The private pool is so amazing and you have spectacular views of the ocean. The staff were so kind and attentive and they made our stay so memorable. We especially appreciate Angie and “Mr Whisky” for making our stay amazing. Everyone of the staff were so friendly and attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Especially Nan, in the restaurants always ready with a smile. The pool areas were lovely except the main pool was a bit crowded and the water slightly murky possibly because of all the heavy rain.

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s a classic old school experience. The hotel is not so modern but very well maintained and special. The beach is wow. A beautiful tram takes you up and down to the rooms, which felt very special! The rooms are so amazing. Even the most basic room type had endless sea view panoramic and it was breathtaking each time I came back to the room. I plan to come back to this hotel for many more times. By the way, staff was super friendly and professional and I never stood in any lines even that the hotel was fully booked. This made vacation feel smooth and hussle free. Thanks so much

I liked it so much that we extended another week. Staff were very helpful. We asked for an extra table to work on and they got us a proper desk with a desk chair. I'm not one to exercise everyday but being here makes it so easy to book classes eat healthy and stay in shape on holiday. All while enjoying yourself

    The service is deserving of five stars, which is a positive. Particularly noteworthy is the service provided at the small private beach. "Sun" is the man in control, and his given name perfectly captures his attitude. He always has a bright smile on his face and is really kind to every guest. He routinely checks to make sure the beach is clean and pays close attention.

    The position is quite good, the staffs are quite good, but the clean of the hotel can’t stay at 5 stars at the moment. The towels are shabby and the hotels and restaurants are very hygienic. The main problem is very disgusting smell came out from the pool, and the pool was next to the pillow. After staying for three days, staffs had unable to repair it and can’t change the room. I hope the hotel can solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise the next guest will also complain. Worst hotel experience I had in Phuket so far.
