I would recommend it a thousand times. The service was spectacular. All the staff, especially Nancy, were very helpful during our stay and did their part to ensure that we had the best experience, not only during our stay but in the city itself. The location, the cleanliness, the room and the common services such as the pool and the fitness area 100% met our expectations. Thanks to the chefs for the food. We are leaving happy and would choose them again in the future.

Everything! The location, as it was calm and very centric, the new facilities, free bikes for touring the city, good taste in decoration, moreover the personalized service was the best. The staff always took care of us, from the begging explaining options in Hoi An, helping us arrange transportation, providing us with options to visit around, perfect breakfast, and their spa services were the best we had in Vietnam. We chose the honeymoon package, very relaxing! We spent a month visiting Asia for our honeymoon and this was the perfect place to close our vacation adventure. Thank you to the staff helping us to have a memorable stay in Hoi An , we would love to come back and stay at this hotel.

Location is perfect, close to old town. Also breakfast has a lot of choices. What is nice, hotel gives bikes for free, so you can do a bike trip. Just be careful, breaks is quite bad. Staff was super friendly

Struck gold with Little Riverside Hotel. Beautiful hotel. Location is perfect, right on the river with a gorgeous Riverboat where food and drink are served. The lanterns at night make for a magical ambience. Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast varied. Lunch and dinner so tasty and fresh. Rooftop pool perfect for winding down. Min on Reception was outstanding, very attentive, helpful and so pleasant. Tin, the Bellboy was very helpful and pleasant. All staff were very helpful.

Fantastic boutique hotel in an excellent location near to the Old Town. Love the room decor and the staff were so helpful. Good breakfast. Loved that there were discounts for tailors and they helped us with restaurant bookings.

Helen and Hien helped us to make some changes to our family trip. I can only say good words about them. I would say this was out of their scope but they were eager to help. They were super friendly and super executive to solve them. The rest of team was very friendly and the service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Hoi An. The hotel is located in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has great pools, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the hotel has several relax spaces, such as a bar with nice river views and a rooftop pool and terrace, which are perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
