Very lovely hotel. We arrived late at night and we got a welcome drink and the receptionist took the time to give us information about the surroundings and gave us a map. The room was spotless clean and it was great to have a balcony. The bathroom looked royal. Very vast breakfast, with different hot dishes everyday. We would have loved to stay more.

Very polite and attentive staff. We were greeted by Hilary when we arrived. She checked us in and gave us plenty of advise. She was exceedingly helpful The beds were really comfortable . Rooms immaculate . Great selection for breakfast, the Guest Advisor always came over for a chat and see how you were getting on. Pool area looked very nice but we never got to use it because weather was not too good.

We stayed two nights. Everything was spotless.. Very helpfull staff.. Quite room.. Management arranged a private car for the airport which was cheaper than taxi. From a distance the hotel looks quite ordinary. When you approach the establishment, the staff welcomes you with a conventional smile. They created such a clever atmosphere in a very confined area. Spa is beautiful. For those who wants to be near to the centre and away from the bustling city noise can choose this place.

Everything here was perfect : the location, the surroundings (very green and quiet), the pools (big and so beautiful, enough deck chairs, towels), the two restaurants (amazing meals), the free shuttle to Ancient Town Hoi An and to the beach (private beach, free, with large pool, free towels and a restaurant as well). The staff here is so friendly, helpfull and kind. Special mention for « Trang » the Young woman at the breakfast buffet !!! So sweet and kind, a real « sunshine ». And also, the breakfast was amazing with a large choice of everything and with an amazing local coffee (try the coffee Sua Da cold). We had a pool room villa and it was huge, beautiful with the best beds possible !!

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
