The hotel was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and helped us in organizing the next part of our trip, even transferring money for us. The breakfast was lovely and the location was great easy walking distance to the centre of the town but far enough away to be quiet. They even lent out bicycles if you wanted to go a bit further.

The staff, the pools, the food, just everything was excellent. Came with children and it's such a nice area for them to explore. the pools are lovely, nice playroom and he rooms were great, we had a villa and the bathroom was huge! plus you get your luggage ported for you in a great vintage car, so fancy.

It is situated in a lovely spot by the river and only a short walk to the Old Town. There were multiple pools to choose from which really suited us especially if the main pool was overrun with children. We were also extremely lucky to be upgraded to the Pool Villa which was an outstanding room.

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
