The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were helpful, kind and made our stay comfortable. I really liked that the hotel pool was heated, especially during this time of year in Hue. The breakfast was also excellent!

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to amenities, the Imperial Palace, and the night time city (eateries, pubs, shopping) Evenings and nighttime were quiet. The room I had was impeccably spotless with daily fresh linens. The room was tastefully decorated. The wood floors and furnishings added a sense of warmth. In the mornings I would gaze out the window at the amazing view of the Perfume river. I felt very comfortable staying here I booked an extra day just to relax Best of all, the shower was strong with sufficient hot water Breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a selection of fresh fruits, western and Vietnamese dishes Thank you to Thu Hang, Vinh Hung, and Van Duc (especially for helping with my last minute train ticket to Da Nang), and the rest of the staff for an excellent stay

This place is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I have had the opportunity to travel a lot and visit wonderful hotels around the world, and this place is by far among the top three we have ever visited. Every single thing about it is beyond excellent (especially the wonderful staff) but what sets it apart is the level of attention to details. Apart from Hue being a great place to visit, the hotel is a dream destination in itself, and if you have the opportunity, please do yourself a favor and do not miss the chance to enjoy this piece heaven on earth.
