I had a great experience at the Langham Shenzhen. The hotel is top class, from the second you walk in, you feel like you made the right decision. All of the staff is nice, speaks great English, very polite and kind. The rooms are fantastic! Clean, large, cozy beds, etc. And the breakfast? First hotel in Shenzhen that I feel like I'm eating in Europe. Just great. They thought about everything, and even given us a late check out as our flight was delayed. I will definitely recommend this place and will be there again as soon as I'm back to Shenzhen. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bathroom with automatic toilets, which added an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Room service was prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. The location was perfect for my business trip — directly opposite the Convention Center and just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a seamless and very comfortable stay.
