The hotel facilities was great and you don't need to leave the hotel as I have booked all inclusive ,however there are some ordinary resturant in 10 min walks. I have not tried them I have only pass by them.

Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

Unlimited spa access is free for all guests aged 16 and over. High end hotel with fantastic free spa services. A series of steam and dry sauna rooms with 'snail showers in between the rooms and an icy room with a pool. The breakfast buffet included everything you might ever want to eat. Lovely grounds.

Best experience, best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was amazing and always went above and beyond. Diego greeted us at 1am on our first night and is a asset to the hotel! Best welcome we could’ve asked for extremely knowledgeable about the island and offered us water. The security guard also lovely and had local information to offer on places to visit. Breakfast is a highlight amazing selection and the lady cooking omelettes does it all with a smile and makes you feel extremely welcome.

It's all very clean and comfortable. VERY good food (we had breakfast & dinner), nice -heated- pool and very comfortable & spacious room. The personel is super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Luca and Baumar!! :)). We'll definitely be back.
