We love everything about hotel.. facilities, cleanliness, esp staff...😇 thx u the lady at the reception (I forgot her name tho) we had a short and nice conversation.. she happened to know that my daughter birthday is coming soon from seeing passport details while we were checking in ( and actually this trip is a gift for her birthday) I didnt mention it while booking.. she was kind enough to call the housekeeping to put some card and stuff toy and cake for her. I was not informed about it too.. once we got our key card, we walked to our room and when I was about to open I saw housekeeping she open the door about to leave at the same time.. I was like am I in the correct room?? Anyway, she smiled at us.. and leave without saying anything.. then we entered the room and my daughter found the surprise ❤😍

Maybe is just Hong Kong vibe, but somehow all about thisn hotel and stay was just perfect. Hotel location is 9/10 and very close to all you need, view from the partial harbor room is amazing, same as service in hotel. Will return back in Octobar.

Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

The marbled bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and slippers. The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.
