The staff is soooo kind!!! they really go above and beyond ... they gave me a lift to the beach and picked me up. They were constantly asking me if I needed anything. The reception staff, the supervisor, the chef... every single person at PocoPoco.... incredibly kind! the villa is beautiful, it's a big big modern house and my villa (Lima) was at the back, it was quiet, safe and very comfortable. The only downside is that there is nothing around, no coffee shops, no restaurants... but the food at PocoPoco is freshly made and you can talk to the chef and ask whatever you feel like. I would definitely stay there again!!! I am so grateful! thank you!

The luxurious rooms at Bali Grand Hyatt come with modern décor and have plenty of natural light. A TV with cable channels are provided in each room. The en suite bathroom is stocked with batik robes, slippers and free amenities. The property was very clean and well maintained. We loved the beachfront property as it was not crowded. The cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was fantasic as we sampled all cocktail beverages available. The light buffet snacks were also quite delicious. The lounge was well-stocked with refreshments all throughout the day. We just wish there was an enclosed area that was airconditioned where one can temporarily escape the humid tropical heat.
