Everyone really made sure we had a memorable time here and we felt very well taken care of. The restaurant in this hotel has the most attentive service and delicious Sicilian food. The location is in a quiet area of town, but very close to everything you'd like to see. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Taormina!

Set at an altitued of 500 metres above the sea level, at the foot of Mount Etna, Monaci delle Terre Nere is 2 km outside the town of Zafferana Etnea. A former winery surrounded by the greenery and vineywards, it offers free Wi-Fi and parking. Monaci delle Terre Nere is the kind of place you remember long after you’ve left. Set on the slopes of Etna, the estate blends organic farming, refined design, and heartfelt Sicilian hospitality. Our room was spacious and serene, with lava-stone details, crisp linens, and views over citrus groves and the sea. Breakfast was outstanding—seasonal fruit, homemade cakes, local cheeses and honey—everything tasted genuinely fresh. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was a highlight: elegant but not fussy, with a superb Sicilian wine selection and staff who guided us perfectly. Throughout our stay, the team went out of their way to help with tastings and day trips; nothing felt scripted, just warm and effortless. The grounds are expansive and beautifully kept, perfect for slow morning walks or sunset cocktails. If you’re looking for a place that captures the essence of Etna—nature, flavor, and quiet luxury—this is it. We left rested, inspired, and already planning our return.

This 5-star deluxe hotel with large gardens and an outdoor swimming pool was designed by the famous architect C.R. Ashbee, early member of the Arts and Craft movement. The hotel features a bar and a tea room. Loved everything!! Breakfast was perfect, made fresh and to order as well as some items on the buffet. Staff were so lovely!! Really made you feel welcome and remembered you as it is only a small boutique hotel. Perfect number of beds by the pool also.

Rooms at the San Pietro are spacious and have flat screen TVs with satellite channels. All have views of the garden or the sea. Memorable stay for a perfect holiday. The ambience is great. The dining experience was great too. The staff are very very nice people. Free valet parking, free shuttle van to town centre. Nice interior design, have blended in the Sicily heritage with a modern touch. Amazing

Everything was amazing.. location.. comfort.. swimming pool.. view, staff .. it was a great experience! I even met the famous Italian actress Monica Guerritore in the hotel and took photo with her😍

The 5-star Villa Sant'Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina mare offers a lovely setting overlooking the Mediterranea Sea, just a 5-minute drive from Taormina’s centre. It features a private beach, an outdoor pool, kids club and wellness facilities. Loved the location and the views were amazing.

Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina serves an American buffet breakfast. The Michelin starred restaurant serves both Sicilian and Mediterranean cooking, and Literary Terrace & Bar provides drinks and snacks on its sea-view terrace. First of all, the staff: they're incredible. Our stay was a honeymoon stay and they exceeded our expectations on all levels--there when you needed them and not when you didn't. We were able to enjoy the amazing Dior spa for a treatment which was one of the best we've ever had and the overall classic Sicilian vibe of the property/grounds is hard to match. Yes, the ultra-expensive Four Seasons down the street is also an incredible (and famous property) but for the value, charm, and equally grand history the Belmond Grand Timeo really can't be beat.

The park surrounding the Etna Golf is filled with vineyards, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation. Gorgeous beaches and ancient Greek ruins are nearby. everything was great and lovely pool
