It’s hard to tell what I like the most. I could say the room, because is beautiful and very comfortable. But then we tried the food and we felt in love, everything was perfect and well prepared. Not to mention the staff from the reception to the restaurant everyone was kind and warm.

The 28 rooms are all luxurious and decorated in classic tuscan dècor, some accommodations include a private balcony with views of the rolling hills, the forests, or the Borgo itself. Additionally, they are equipped with flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and cozy bathrooms. We visited this hotel at the beginning of April. The hotel is like a dream – everything from the facilities to the staff. A big thank you to Mr. Stefano and his colleagues. Don’t forget to buy their olive oil and their wines!

Rooms have a contemporary design with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. We enjoyed an amazing dining experience. Walking the grounds beyond the garden is a forest labyrinth, truly enchanting. We enjoyed our 3-bedroom suite and the heated pool. Very friendly, attentive staff. The Somalia was informative and entertaining.

Set in Tuscany's countryside, Castello di Spaltenna Exclusive Resort & Spa is an ancient monastery from the 10th century. It offers 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, a restaurant and spacious rooms with Sky TV. Loved the terrace overlooking the hills and vineyards for the morning breakfast. There were numerous stations with may choices including fresh fruits, breads ,rolls, meats, cheeses, eggs and fresh juices as well as cappuccinos and expressos. The staff were professional but friendly. The infinity pool overlooking the hills and vineyards was stunning. We loved the wellness facility with the beautiful steam rooms, ice showers and jacuzzi. Every effort was made to assure your stay was one you will never forget. We loved it!

The Club House offers a spa centre. You can play mini-golf and tennis at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. Probably one of the most iconic stays I’ve ver experienced. I’m fairly sure they read your mind and know what you want/need before you do. Exceptional would be an understatement.
